Making an Insurance Claim

Should you need to make an insurance claim please use the form below to start the process. You must contact us with 24 hours of receiving your goods to make a claim.

Please ensure that you make a note of the claim details on your Proof of Delivery document. This will allow us to process your claim for you with our pallet network.
