Pallet & Wrap Service on Collection

We are happy to supply you with a pallet, however we do require 24 hours notice to do so. The supply of a pallet would be covered in our Pallet & Wrap service. You can add this to your order during the checkout process if it's available in your area. If the option is not available then it will not show during the checkout experience.

How Pallet & Wrap Works

Our Pallet & Wrap service includes delivery of a pallet for your goods. Our driver will also load your goods onto the pallet if they weigh 25kg or less per item. Once loaded your goods would be shrink wrapped to the pallet.

If your goods are heavier than 25kg per item then you would need to have them loaded onto the pallet yourself. Once loaded onto the pallet you would also need to supply straps and strap your goods down. Due to your goods being heavier than 25kg per item you would need to do the strapping yourself. Our driver can advise, but has a limited amount of time for this process.

To avoid a failed collection it is expected that your goods and straps (if doing it yourself) are ready to go prior to arrival of collection. This is to allow for goods to be loaded in a timely fashion. Due to increasingly busy schedules our drivers cannot wait around if you are not ready to go upon arrival. To be ready in time you can request that the driver calls you prior to collection. This is done within your booking notes during the checkout process.
