Missed or Failed Collections

The price you pay is for one collection and one pallet delivery attempt. Commercial vehicles are expensive to run. Your goods must be ready at the collection point. Your onsite contact must also be available throughout the day of collection. Failure to be ready, onsite or refusal of service will incur a failed collection charge.

If you have booked already, but cannot be available on the collection day please get in touch with us right away.
