Onsite Contact Must be Available

We always recommend that your onsite contact is available when our driver comes to collect your goods. When our pallet delivery driver arrives the onsite contact will need to be available onsite. Our driver will ensure your items are loaded safely and efficiently on to our collection vehicle.

If you would like any confirmation we will be happy to sign a collection note that you should keep safe. You must ensure that your pallet has the correct labelling to ensure it stays on track through it's pallet delivery journey. If you do not have a printer for our labels please write on paper the order ID and delivery address and attach it to the pallet.
